First project collaboration and a shortlist. Golden State Bridge shortlisted on the $34M Caltrans District 4 CM/GC. The project combines the rehabilitation of the Central Viaduct on US 101 and the Bayshore Viaduct on Interstate 80 into a single project.

The $112M Caltrans District 8 CM/GC was awarded to Griffith Company – Henkels & McCoy, with Mission Critical as the Alternative Project Delivery specialist leading the pursuit team effort.

Another HAS shortlist. Houston Airport System (HAS) shortlists the Texas Sterling-Banicki Joint Venture team for the $120M Taxiway L Design-Build, with Mission Critical as Pursuit Managers.

New Design-Build team and a win. Dick Anderson Construction was awarded the Quartz Flats Rest Area project from the Montana Department of Transportation (MDT).

In an eighth project win with Mission Critical, Taylor NW of Bend, OR, was awarded the Neff and Purcell Blvd. Improvements.

First project and a win. Teichert, with Mission Critical as Alternative Project Delivery Specialists, was awarded the $95M SM-82 El Camino Real Roadway Rehabilitation CM/GC.

A second CM/GC Middle-Mile win. Middle Mile Constructors was selected to build 180 miles of middle-mile fiber/conduit.

Mission Critical’s first project with Flatiron’s Calgary, BC, office resulted in an important shortlist on TransLink’s SkyTrain Operation & Maintenance Center CM/GC project, also known as ‘OMC 4’.

New client, first project win. Orion Marine Contractors, Inc. was awarded the Vigor Shipyards SW Yard NRD Habitat Project under a Design-Assist with a Cost-Plus-Incentive delivery method.
