Since this early success, he has skillfully managed hundreds of CMGC, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and other qualifications-based procurement pursuits across North America.

Embracing a no-holds-barred approach, Matthew believes true consultancy transcends advice—it’s about embodying the hard work, determination, and late nights that turn potential into success. As a sought-after expert, renowned for his candid communication style, Matthew excels in asking tough questions and transforming complex technical knowledge into clear, winning strategies.

RoAnn joined Mission Critical in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience from the construction and engineering sectors. Her deep understanding of market dynamics has been instrumental in expanding the firm's project outreach across North America. RoAnn's expertise in forecasting project and resource commitments has led the firm's steady growth and enabled Mission Critical to build a Pursuit Management portfolio valued at $18.3B for 2022-2023.

RoAnn is a member of the Women's Transportation Seminar (WTS) and is an ENVISION certified Sustainability Professional. RoAnn is a 2020 alumna of the Goldman Sachs "10,000 Small Businesses" program and was honored in 2023 as a "Most Admired Leader" by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Ivica's skills in translating complex approaches involving staging, structures and traffic are key to our team's competitive success in municipal, state and federal markets.

Jenn joined Mission Critical in 2014 and leads our web and social media efforts. she excels at managing online content, webinar delivery and internal and client project strategies. Jenn's expertise in managing web project development and integrating Mission Critical's writing team resources are invaluable in amplifying clients' brands and strengthening their connections with online audiences.
