He led the firm to its first major victory within a year—a highly competitive $80 million CMGC project that also marked the client's first alternative delivery pursuit and win. Since this early success, he has skillfully managed hundreds of CMGC, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, and other qualifications-based procurement pursuits across North America.

As a sought-after expert, renowned for his candid communication style, Matthew excels in asking tough questions and transforming complex technical knowledge into clear, winning strategies.

RoAnn joined Mission Critical in 2015, bringing a wealth of experience from the construction and engineering sectors. Her deep understanding of market dynamics has been instrumental in expanding the firm's project outreach across North America. RoAnn's expertise in forecasting project and resource commitments has led the firm's steady growth and enabled Mission Critical to build a Pursuit Management portfolio valued at $18.3B for 2022-2023.
