The 4-mile project includes pavement and structural roadway, drainage rehabilitation, and upgrades of pedestrian facilities to ADA standards. Additionally, the corridor intersects four cities and incorporates the Howard-Ralston Eucalyptus Tree Rows - a 150-year-old State-owned resource listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
This is Mission Critical’s first project with Teichert since 2017 when we led the win for the $30M JPA Capital Southeast Connector D3 Segment CM/GC.
